This was an Athens newspaper's response to a German magazine posting a picture of the Venus di Milo giving Europe 'the finger'. Things in Europe are ugly over Greece's financial instability (need for a bailout) and the windfall that it could represent, not only for Europe, but the world. Many articles have been published on the topic recently. JX has highlighted it a few times.
